• Saturday, Dec. 11th @ 10:30 am - Meeting / Board Elections / Lunch to follow

• Noon to 4:00 pm - Drive at Winedale during "Christmas in Winedale"

• Please decorate your carriage and wear festive attire if you plan to drive . Your equine should be steady and safe around the public and crowds.

• Parking trailers will be in the vacant field across from the historic town . Coming from Round Top the parking field will be on your right and the town will be to your left (Area Map).

• The meeting and lunch will be in the lodge overlooking the lake.

• Terry Arnold will be sending out information about what to bring for lunch ( club will provide the meat )

• In lieu of gift exchange we will be collecting monetary donations for a charity
